Our community must rise to help feed the hungry. There should be no world where some of us are fed while others go hungry!

Make a tax-exempt donation today to help us keep our doors open. If we close our doors, we will no longer be able to purchase from food banks, and our community will go hungry.
Bring in surplus food items you don't plan to use. Your donations help decrease the amount of food we must purchase from food banks to feed our community.

Helping Hands Foundation has been serving Benton Harbor for over 20 years under the leadership of our founder, Betty Burton. We are ordinary people with an extraordinary vision for uplifting our community, and we want you to join us. Our mission is to end hunger in Benton Harbor through practical service and effective community organization.
We continue in remembrance of Betty's sister, who began this work in 2003 and passed on in 2019.
